- Your receipt is already on its way. Stripe emails it to the address you paid with, from a Garnet Grid Consulting LLC sender. It is the authoritative record of the charge — keep it.
- A person reads this, not a queue. Garnet Grid is a small operation by design. Your order is picked up by hand and you will be contacted by email at the address on the receipt.
- Bring anything you already have. Network diagrams, a data-classification policy, the constraint that made you look for on-premise in the first place — whatever you send shortens the first call.
