A dedicated hour with a senior engineer, booked properly. The deposit is refundable in full more than twenty-four hours before the session runs, and it comes off the engagement if we go ahead.

One reporting cycle that took four days now takes about three hours, and runs without anyone driving it. We are describing our own work rather than quoting a client, because the client cannot be named — which is usually the reason people come to us in the first place.

How quickly can we start?
Discovery calls are usually within 48 hours. A build itself is specified before it is started, and that takes weeks rather than days — the machine is fitted to the work, not pulled off a shelf.
Is there a trial or a demo?
There is no public build and no installer behind an email form. What we can do is show you the system working on synthetic material, and talk through what your own would need.
What kind of work do you take?
Work where the material cannot be handed to a third party: legal and privileged documents, deal rooms, family and estate papers, patient data, unpublished research. The common thread is the constraint, not the industry.
Remote, hybrid or on site?
All three. The base is New York, and a machine that lives in your building usually means somebody visits it at least once.
What does an engagement cost?
Builds start at $250,000. Smaller pieces of advisory and engineering are published in full in the engagement catalogue, with the figure and the basis beside each one.
How is confidentiality handled?
An NDA before anything confidential is discussed. We make no certification claim and will not imply one — what we can tell you precisely is where your material sits and what touches it.
