Downloads are not refundable, and here is why.

Refunds

Everything on /products/ is a file. The moment your download link is used, you have the thing — we cannot take it back, and we are not going to pretend otherwise by offering a refund we would have to argue about. Purchases of downloadable products are final.

1. If the file does not arrive, or the link expires before you use it. That is a delivery failure, not a refund question. Write to info@garnetgrid.com from the address you paid with and we will send a fresh link. There is no time limit on this and you do not have to explain yourself.
2. If the product does not do what its page said it does. Tell us, with the sentence you relied on. If the page was wrong we will refund you in full and correct the page — the page being wrong is our defect, not your mistake.
3. If you were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy, we refund it immediately. That is an error, not a purchase.

Consumer law there normally gives you fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase. That right does not survive immediate delivery of digital content once you have agreed to it, and our checkout asks you to agree that delivery begins at once. Saying yes to that waives the fourteen-day withdrawal right. We are telling you here, before you reach checkout, rather than relying on you to read a tick-box — the exceptions above still apply and are not affected by the waiver.

Consultations and build engagements are different, and they are not covered here. The $250 strategy session is refundable in full more than twenty-four hours before it runs. A commissioned build is governed by its own signed scope, not by this page.
