Before you ask
You were going to go looking for this page. It is quicker if it exists, and it costs us nothing to be the ones who wrote it.
There is no public build, no trial, and no installer waiting behind an email form. A Garnet is specified for the work it has to do and built to fit it, which takes weeks rather than minutes. If you need something running this afternoon, this is not that.
The machine sits on a network. It has to, so it can be reached, maintained and supported. What it does not do is hand your material to an outside provider for processing. Those are different promises, and only the second one is ours.
Parts of the system are in daily use. Parts are still being built. We will tell you which is which for the specific things you care about, before money changes hands, and we would rather lose the sale than be vague about it.
It reads, drafts, summarises, searches and organises, extremely fast, on material that would otherwise never leave a locked drawer. It does not exercise judgement you would be comfortable delegating, and we will not sell it as though it replaces someone.
This is equipment and an engagement, not a seat licence. For teams whose material genuinely cannot go to a third party, that maths usually works. For everyone else, it honestly may not, and a short conversation will establish which you are.
You will not find our infrastructure inventory, our service topology or our machine telemetry on this website, for the same reason we are asking you to trust us with yours. If you need that depth for due diligence, ask, and we will take you through it properly.
